New Year’s Message | Best Wishes for the Year of the Dragon

Dear Partners, Shareholders, Colleagues, and Friends,

Greetings to you all!

I am Xu Changmin, General Manager of Zhejiang Rhitz New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

As the Spring Festival approaches, please allow me, on behalf of all employees of Zhejiang Rhitz and myself, to extend our sincerest New Year’s greetings and best wishes to you.

As the lunar year 2023 draws to a close, looking back, emotions such as anxiety, urgency, pressure, determination, fulfillment, helplessness, confidence, joy, and achievement have intertwined, making it difficult to describe our 2023 with just one word.

However, “striving forward” and “fulfillment” can be regarded as the main themes of our year.

1. In April, we participated in the Spring Canton Fair professional ceramic coating brand. Our booth was crowded with visitors and buyers throughout the exhibition.

2. In March, we established our International Business Department to handle brand promotion for end customers and overseas export operations.

3. We successfully developed the 5th-generation super non-stick ceramic coating, achieving top-tier industry performance in both high-temperature and long-lasting non-stick properties.

4. In June, we developed a world-leading etched ceramic coating for stainless steel, featuring high technical barriers and substantial market value.

5. In October, we officially launched overseas coating exports and received our first payment in U.S. dollars.

6. In the second half of the year, sales performance across our domestic offices surged, repeatedly setting new Rhitz sales records.

1. We have reached a scale of 50+ and Ritz has established significant influence in the kitchen appliance ceramic coating industry.

2. An increasing number of cookware and home appliance brands are choosing, specifying, and continuously using Rhitz ceramic coatings.

3. We have completed a nationwide market layout in the cookware and home appliance industry, with Rhitz sales and technical teams actively serving clients across East China, South China, Central China, and Northern China.

4. We have developed mature and stable etched ceramic coating system for stainless steel, establishing a reliable application process—representing a major technological breakthrough in this field.

5. Rhitz has built a management and sales team with over 10 years of experience in R&D and sales, with an average age of 35–45—an age group full of vitality and drive.

While we celebrate today’s achievements, we must never forget the hardships and challenges Rhitz once endured.

First, our deepest gratitude goes to our major shareholders, Mr. He and Mr. Shen. Without your support and patience, Rhitz would not be where it is today.

Second, we sincerely thank all partners and customers for your trust and long-term support.

Third, heartfelt thanks to all Rhitz employees—your dedication, responsibility, passion, and teamwork form the backbone of our continued growth.

We also extend our appreciation to all mentors, seniors, comrades, and friends who have supported us along the way.

Remembering the past is to better move forward.

“Staying firmly committed to ceramic coatings” has always been Rhitz’s core value.

During industry downturns, we persisted in R&D for five years, laying the foundation for today’s breakthroughs.

January: New sales record achieved

March: Innovative small appliance coatings showcased at Zhongshan Expo

Late March: South China R&D Center officially begins operations

April: 6th-generation super non-stick coatings debut at Canton Fair

First Half: Major launch of etched ceramic coating products

Despite heavy workloads and challenges ahead, we must stay strategically focused, well-organized, and committed to delivering high-quality products and professional services.

Finally, I wish all shareholders, partners, customers, colleagues, and friends a prosperous, energetic, and auspicious Year of the Dragon!

Thank you all!
