To further enhance the professional skill level of the color matching team, strengthen consistency and stability between sample and mass-production color matching, and continuously improve customer experience, Rhitz successfully held the Color Matching Department Skills Competition on the morning of Saturday, December 20, 2025.

All color matching technicians from both the sample and mass-production systems participated in the competition, putting their skills to the test through real-world practice and demonstrating craftsmanship through technical excellence.

The competition atmosphere was intense yet well-organized. Participants were fully engaged, focusing on precise formulation and meticulous color adjustment based on the designated color samples.

During the three-hour competition, participants were evaluated on accuracy against standards, attention to detail, efficiency, and color stability—fully showcasing the solid fundamentals and extensive hands-on experience of the Rhitz color matching team.

The workflow was fast-paced yet precise, with standardized and skillful operations throughout, truly reflecting the principle of “letting data speak and measuring capability by results.”

After the competition, the judging panel conducted a comprehensive evaluation based on color deviation control, stability, efficiency, and operational compliance, resulting in the final rankings.
