Zhejiang Rhitz New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Korea joint venture, which was established in August 2011 in the Science and Innovation Centre of Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province, with the joint capital of Zhejiang Senmao, Hong Kong Anfusheng and Shanghai Ximu.

The company specializes in R&D, production and sales of water-based inorganic ceramic coatings and nonstick coatings, and is one of the earlier high-tech companies to develop and apply water-based inorganic ceramic coatings. By 2025, Ritz had established significant influence in the kitchen appliance ceramic coating industry.
